Job summary

UPMC Home Health is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RNs) to support Lower Burrell, New Kensington, and surrounding areas. The role offers Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM with on-call and weekend rotations, delivering one-on-one care in patients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in home health or community-based care preferred.
• Ability to educate patients and families.
• Proficient in electronic documentation and charting.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes across assigned communities.
• Develop and manage plans of care with physicians and team.
• Educate patients and families to promote independence and recovery.
• Complete required documentation electronically using a laptop.
• Support high-quality patient outcomes while adhering to standards.
