Job summary

UPMC Home Health seeks a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home skilled nursing care in the Pittsburgh area, including Irwin and North Versailles and surrounding communities. You will deliver patient-centered care, develop plans of care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, and support recovery with family education.

The role offers autonomy with a full team, flexible 8- or 10-hour shifts, and opportunities across multiple communities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout assigned Pittsburgh-area communities
• Develop and manage plans of care in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary partners
• Provide patient and family education that promotes independence and recovery
• Complete required documentation (OASIS, visit notes, orders) electronically using a provided laptop
• Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered outcomes while maintaining regulatory standards
