Summary of Responsibilities

Under supervision, the RN is responsible for a group of residents/patients per shift, providing assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN manages the environment to ensure safety, supervises nursing assistants, and adheres to all policies, procedures, and legal standards, including JCAHO and State Nurse Practice Act requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Licensed in the State as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to operate necessary supplies and equipment
• Ability to calculate drug dosages
• Meet all health requirements law mandates
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic computer skills and aptitude for learning company applications
• Experience in fast-paced environments; post-acute care experience preferred
