The Cypress of Hilton Head seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time role at The Preston Health Center on Hilton Head Island, SC. Hours are 7:00 AM–7:00 PM with 12-hour shifts; schedule includes Wednesdays and Thursdays plus every other weekend. Competitive wages and a robust benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a State-approved Registered Nurse (RN) program.
• Currently licensed in SC and must maintain an active license while employed.
• 1 year nursing experience.
• CPR Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident call system promptly and courteously.
• Identify resident medical and behavioral changes and develop and monitor care plans and re-assess each resident.
• Follow OSHA compliance and safety procedures.
• Provide resident care as assigned.
• Dispense medications per physicians' orders.
• Accurately record and complete care plan documentation in a timely manner.
