The Cypress of Hilton Head is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join Preston Health Center on Hilton Head Island, SC. This full-time role offers 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM in a continuing care retirement community.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a State-approved Registered Nurse (RN) program.
• Currently licensed in SC and must maintain an active license while employed.
• 1-year nursing experience
• CPR Certificate

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident call system promptly and courteously.
• Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
• Follow OSHA compliance and safety procedures.
• Provide resident care as assigned.
• Respond to resident calls and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Dispense medications per physicians' orders.
• Accurately record and complete care plan documentation in a timely manner.
