Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital Battle Creek is seeking Registered Nurses for full-time days or nights in Battle Creek, Michigan. Shift options are 7:00 am–7:30 pm or 7:00 pm–7:30 am.

A $15,000 sign-on bonus applies, with pay up to $53.37 per hour based on experience and $3.50 shift differentials for nights and weekends. We support your growth with a thorough RN orientation, 100% company-paid BSN scholarship, tuition reimbursement, continuing education, and certifications such as PCCN and CCRN.

Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
• Initial and ongoing patient assessment.
• Timely and accurate documentation.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Competence in Rapid Response and code events.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Location: Battle Creek, Michigan (6th floor of Bronson Battle Creek Hospital)

Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time Dayshift or Night Shift Available

Hours: 7:00 am - 7:30 pm or 7:00 pm- 7:30 am

$15,000 Sign-on Bonus!

Pay: Up to $53.37 per hour, based on experience
