CoxHealth Rehabilitation Hospital In Partnership with Select Medical in Ozark, Missouri is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time day shifts. This brand-new 63-bed inpatient rehab hospital offers comprehensive care for brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and orthopedic issues.

Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS required at hire.
• BSN preferred or enrolled in BSN program.
• Clinical experience in rehabilitation or acute care is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and transfers and coordinate care.
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and documentation.
• Transcribe and process medical orders accurately.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families on care plans.
• Maintain timely documentation in EPIC.
