Job summary

Trustworthy Staffing Solutions, LLC seeks experienced Registered Nurses to work in psychiatric and behavioral health facilities across Maryland. This role offers a professional healthcare environment focused on safe, compassionate, patient-centered care. Available locations include Clifton T. Perkins Hospital Center, Spring Grove Hospital Center, Springfield Hospital Center, RICA-R, and RICA-B. An active Maryland RN license is required.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Maryland RN license.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Current Immunization Records.
• Current Health Physical Examination.
• Psychiatric, behavioral health, hospital, acute care, or related nursing experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to meet all facility credentialing and background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients with psychiatric, behavioral health, and medical needs.
• Assess and monitor patients’ physical, emotional, and behavioral conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Respond appropriately to medical and behavioral emergencies.
• Utilize therapeutic communication and de-escalation techniques.
• Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Follow all facility policies, safety procedures, and patient confidentiality requirements.
• Provide clinical guidance and supervision to assigned nursing support staff, as appropriate.
