Job summary

Trustworthy Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to work in psychiatric and behavioral health facilities throughout Maryland. Available locations include Clifton T. Perkins Hospital Center, Spring Grove Hospital Center, Springfield Hospital Center, John L.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Maryland RN license.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Current Immunization Records.
• Current Health Physical Examination.
• Psychiatric, behavioral health, hospital, acute care, or related nursing experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to meet all facility credentialing and background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients with psychiatric, behavioral health, and medical needs.
• Assess and monitor patients’ physical, emotional, and behavioral conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Respond appropriately to medical and behavioral emergencies.
• Utilize therapeutic communication and de-escalation techniques.
• Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Follow all facility policies, safety procedures, and patient confidentiality requirements.
• Provide clinical guidance and supervision to assigned nursing support staff, as appropriate.
