Trustworthy Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide direct nursing care in Maryland psychiatric and behavioral health facilities. RNs supervise in accordance with facility policies and Maryland regulations.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and communication skills, emotional maturity, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations. Available locations include Jessup, Catonsville, Sykesville, Rockville, and Baltimore.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland LPN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Psychiatric/behavioral health experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to psychiatric and behavioral health patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and behaviors.

Trustworthy Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide nursing services within Maryland psychiatric and behavioral health facilities.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide direct nursing care and support to patients in a psychiatric or behavioral health setting under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) and in accordance with the facility’s policies, procedures, physician orders, and applicable Maryland nursing regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, emotional maturity, and the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.

• Jessup
• Catonsville
• Sykesville
• Rockville
• Baltimore

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Provide direct nursing care to psychiatric and behavioral health patients
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor and document patient conditions and behaviors
• Report changes in patient condition to the RN and appropriate clinical staff
• Respond appropriately to medical and behavioral emergencies
• Use therapeutic communication and de-escalation techniques
• Collaborate with the healthcare and interdisciplinary treatment team

Qualifications:

• Active Maryland LPN License
• Minimum experience requirements may vary by assignment.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Psychiatric, behavioral health, hospital, or related healthcare experience preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Must meet all facility credentialing and background requirements
