Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services in Colorado seeks an RN to serve as a Float ED nurse in a Level 1 trauma setting, delivering high-level emergency care in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, mentor new staff, maintain certifications, and champion patient safety and quality of care while working night shifts onsite.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse licensure and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Minimum 6 months RN experience.
  • Certification in PALS, NIHSS, ACLS, Trauma Nursing, and BLS.
  • Ability to work night shifts onsite.
  • Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills.

Role Overview

The RN Float ED position involves providing direct, high-level emergency care within a Level 1 trauma setting.
