Job description

• Providing direct patient care in a level 1 trauma emergency setting utilizing the nursing process

• Prioritizing patient safety, evidence-based practices, and wellness
• Precepting and supporting new healthcare staff and students
• Contributing to a secure and high-quality clinical environment
• Supporting specialty training and competency validation through clinical educators

Qualifications And Skills Required

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (if less than 3 years' experience)
• Current RN licensure in the state
• Minimum of 6 months RN experience
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Ability to work day shifts in a fast-paced, innovative environment
