Job summary

Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking a registered nurse for the Emergency Department in a fast-paced level 1 trauma setting. The role emphasizes direct patient care using the nursing process and evidence-based practices, with night shifts onsite.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes, model proficiency by precepting new staff, and support ongoing education while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure and a minimum of 6 months nursing experience.
• Certifications including BLS, PALS, ENPC or PALS, TNCC or ATCN, Trauma Nurse Core Course, and ACLS.
• Ability to work night shifts onsite.
