Job summary

Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation in Northport, AL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Evening Shift on a full-time basis. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, assess residents, coordinate with LPNs and CNAs, maintain documentation, and follow infection prevention and safety standards.

A current Alabama RN license and CPR/BLS certification are required; prior skilled nursing or post-acute care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama RN license in good standing – REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Skilled nursing/post-acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the assigned shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Assess residents and promptly respond to changes in condition.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs; maintain accurate nursing documentation.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Full-Time Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation Northport, AL

Base Pay: $31.00-$40.40 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour weekdays | +$2.75/hour weekends

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus
