Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate RN Charge Nurse to join our evening shift nursing team in Northport, AL. The role focuses on direct patient care, coordination of resident care, and clinical leadership during the shift.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring resident status, supervising LPNs/CNAs, and maintaining documentation while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. Evening shift includes a differential and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Charge Nurse experience preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills.

Base Pay: $31.00-$40.40 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

Evening Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour weekdays | +$2.75/hour weekends

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus
