Wilson Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a decisive nursing leader to oversee the Emergency Department and Behavioral Health services. In this in-person role you will direct clinical programs, staffing, budgeting, and compliance to ensure safe, high‑quality patient care across all ages.
Applicants must hold a BSN, be licensed as an RN, and bring 5+ years in ER or behavioral health, plus 3+ years in leadership. Certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Handle With Care.
