Wilson Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks an experienced RN leader to oversee the Emergency Department and Behavioral Health services. You will direct clinical programs, staffing, and departmental operations to ensure high-quality patient care across all ages.
You will collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership, mentor staff, manage budgeting and performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement in patient flow and outcomes.
