Job description

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department in a healthcare facility.

• Providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation within nursing standards.
• Promoting patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management and post-treatment needs.
• Ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and participating in professional development.
• Developing, implementing, and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers to care.
• Working in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and safety as priorities.

Qualifications And Skills

• Licensed RN with a nursing diploma or associate degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Emergency Department experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.

• Providing timely emergency care across shifts, including day hours with three 12-hour shifts per week.
