Job summary

Huntsville Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Day Shift to provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care with the interdisciplinary team. You will support safe, compassionate services and comprehensive care for residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

You will administer medications, monitor conditions, document thoroughly, and collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and CNAs.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to prioritize resident needs and make sound clinical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care.

• Participate in resident care planning and quality improvement initiatives.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory compliance procedures.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life.

What You'll Do
