Responsibilities

• Provide wound care and other skilled nursing treatments.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other members of the nursing team.
• Communicate changes in condition to physicians, families, and nursing leadership.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
