Job summary

The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Full-Time Day Shift, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and resident care plans.
• Perform nursing assessments and monitor changes in resident condition.
• Provide wound care and other skilled nursing treatments.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Communicate changes in condition to physicians and nursing leadership.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care throughout your shift.
