Job summary

The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our full-time day shift team. You will administer medications, perform nursing assessments, provide wound care, and support CNAs in a resident-centered, collaborative environment.

We offer 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, a generous $8,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay based on experience, same-day pay, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina LPN license and CPR certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable and compassionate with a patient-centered approach.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Perform nursing assessments and monitor resident condition.
• Provide wound care and other skilled nursing treatments.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Supervise and support CNAs and communicate changes to the team.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality care.
