The Greens at Spruce Pine in Spruce Pine, NC is actively seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our compassionate clinical team. Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities with Day or Night shifts, flexible scheduling, paid training, and ongoing career growth await dedicated professionals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Active, unrestricted North Carolina RN license.
• Current CPR Certification.

• Administering medications, treatments, and physician orders.
• Performing resident assessments, wound care, and clinical documentation.
• Monitoring changes in resident condition and communicating with physicians and the care team.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional, resident-centered care by:

• Providing direct nursing care according to individualized care plans

• Administering medications, treatments, and physician orders

• Performing resident assessments, wound care, and clinical documentation

• Monitoring changes in resident condition and communicating with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team

• Supervising, mentoring, and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Promoting resident comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life

• Collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve the best possible outcomes for every resident
