Job summary

Columbiana Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Day Shift to provide skilled nursing care in a 12-hour schedule, 7a–7p, full-time.

You will supervise and collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, physicians and therapists, leading the nursing team while delivering resident-centered care and building lasting relationships with residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama RN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach.
• Ability to provide leadership and support to the nursing team.
• Acute care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience preferred.
• Hospital RNs interested in a different nursing environment are encouraged to apply.

Your Role as an RN

As a Day Shift RN, you'll provide skilled nursing care while serving as a clinical leader for residents and the nursing team.
