Job summary

Civic Center Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. The RN will provide direct nursing care, support rehabilitation plans, and coordinate with the clinical team to uphold high standards at our long-term care and rehabilitation facility.

The role requires an active RN license, strong geriatric and rehab care knowledge, and current BLS/CPR certification. This full-time evening shift offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents in long-term care and rehabilitation.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents’ health conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed per protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other professionals on care plans.
• Educate residents and families about care plans and health conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with regulations.
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care.

Position Summary: Registered Nurse ( RN )

Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will provide direct nursing care to residents, assist with rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with the clinical team, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility.

Qualifications:

1. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
2. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
