Qualifications

• Active PA RN license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with standards and the physician's plan of treatment and the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders, policies, and standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
