Job summary

West Chester Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for 다양한 shift options (full-time, part-time, PRN) with 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am schedules. Compensation ranges from $37/hr to $46/hr, with daily pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring care plans are followed.

Qualifications

• An active PA RN license is required.
• Current BLS CPR certification is required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician's plan and written care plans.
• Follow care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor residents, report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for high-quality care.
• Ensure infection control and regulatory compliance.
