Markley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN to join our caring team. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with daily pay and competitive hourly rates.

The RN will provide skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and document changes per care plans, with a focus on compassionate, resident-centered service. Licensed in Pennsylvania and CPR/BLS certified, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, follow infection control protocols, and support

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with standards and physician's plan of treatment and written care plan.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor and assess residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and nursing regulations.
