Exton Post Acute in Exton, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a 120-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with daily pay and comprehensive benefits.

The RN will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and ensure care plans are followed in alignment with standards and personalized plans. PA licensure and BLS CPR are required, with strong teamwork and documentation skills highly valued.

Qualifications

• Active PA RN license required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per the plan of treatment and written plan of care.
• Follow care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with orders, policies, and regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
