Markley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Norristown, PA is hiring an RN for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. Earn $37-$46 per hour, with daily pay, and an inclusive benefits package.

The RN will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor residents, administer medications, and ensure care plans are followed. Our team is guided by Passion, Respect, and Excellence, working with an interdisciplinary group to maintain quality, safety, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Active PA RN license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with standards and the physician's plan of treatment and the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders, policies, and standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
