Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (RN) in Arizona to lead a busy clinic unit. You will oversee scheduling, staff development, and ensure high-quality patient care across RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.

You will liaison with internal and external stakeholders, manage regulatory compliance, and mentor staff while addressing service issues and implementing improvements to care delivery.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed to practice in the state.
• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical nursing experience; neonatal experience preferred for certain units.
• Certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, or specialized training depending on area of practice.
• Preferred: BSN, management experience, and certifications in specialty areas.
