Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Clinical Team Coordinator RN to supervise nursing care on an assigned unit, ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care.

This role coordinates staffing, monitors absenteeism, orders supplies, and manages patient and bed triage, while guiding staff orientation and performance evaluations.

It also supports Magnet principles, mentors staff, promotes evidence-based practices, ensures regulatory compliance, and resolves patient or family concerns.

Qualifications

• Critical thinking and clinical decision-making required.
• Strong team collaboration and leadership skills.
• Enrollment in or completion of a BSN or specialty nursing program is preferred.
