Job summary

Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse for the Evening Shift in Northport, AL. The role offers a full-time schedule with an evening shift 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, an hourly base pay and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Charge Nurse experience preferred.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the assigned shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Assess residents and promptly respond to changes in condition.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.
