Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital in Oklahoma City is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse to lead a night shift team. You will ensure high-quality patient care, mentor staff, and coordinate assignments based on patient needs, acuity, and competency.
You must hold an active state RN license, an associate degree in nursing, and BLS; ACLS and CRRN are preferred. This role emphasizes documentation accuracy in Cerner/UDS and participation in CQPI initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
