Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Fort Worth is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN) to lead nursing staff on the full-time 7am–7pm days shift, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
You will mentor clinicians, oversee documentation in Cerner and UDS, and coordinate staff assignments based on patient acuity to ensure safe, high-quality care.
Additionally, you will participate in CQPI initiatives and contribute to training, quality improvement, and adherence to care standards.
