Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for day shift responsibilities in Georgia. The role involves performing a broad range of clinical procedures with independence and initiative, under the direction of the Site Manager, to support accurate diagnosis and treatment.

The position requires nursing licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1 year ICU/CCU/ER or cath lab/EP lab experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited/approved School of Nursing.
• RN license (Single State) or RN - Multi-state Compact.
• BLS required (Instructor) or BLS proficiency.
• ACLS required (Instructor or ACLS - Provisional).
• 1 year ICU/CCU/ER or Cath Lab/EP Lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds a culture of trust and engagement as reflected in surveys at various levels.
• Maintains relationships with physicians to ensure growth and cost-effective patient care.
• Performs all duties in alignment with WellStar values and policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

Functions under the direction of the Site Manager. He/she is responsible for performing a wide variety of clinical procedures requiring independent judgement, ingenuity and initiative in the utilization of the equipment for the diagnosis and/or treatment

Required Minimum Education:

Graduate of an accredited/approved School of Nursing Required

Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):

• Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN - Multi-state Compact
• Basic Life Support or BLS - Instructor
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support or ACLS - Instructor or ACLS - Provisional

Required Minimum Experience:

1 year ICU/CCU/ER or previous Cath Lab/EP Lab experience Preferred
