Job summary

Wellstar Health System in Georgia seeks a registered nurse to join our ICU/CCU/ER teams on a day shift. You will perform diverse clinical procedures, exercise independent judgment, and collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, RN license (single state or compact), BLS and ACLS credentials. Prior ICU/CCU/ER or cath lab experience is preferred and a strong commitment to patient safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited/approved School of Nursing.
• RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact).
• BLS required; ACLS - Instructor or ACLS - Provisional.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Functions under the direction of the Site Manager. He/she is responsible for performing a wide variety of clinical procedures requiring independent judgement, ingenuity and initiative in the utilization of the equipment for the diagnosis and/or treatment

Required Minimum Education:

Graduate of an accredited/approved School of Nursing Required

Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):

• Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN - Multi-state Compact
• Basic Life Support or BLS - Instructor
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support or ACLS - Instructor or ACLS - Provisional

Required Minimum Experience:

1 year ICU/CCU/ER or previous Cath Lab/EP Lab experience Preferred
