Job summary

Wellstar Health System in Georgia is seeking a Registered Nurse to support ICU/CCU/ER services. Under the Site Manager, you will perform clinical procedures requiring independent judgment and initiative, utilizing equipment for diagnosis and treatment.

The role requires a nursing degree, RN license (single state or multi-state), BLS and ACLS training, and at least 1 year of relevant experience. The shift is Day, with 4/10s, and on-call duties including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with RN licensure.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; instructor credentials preferred.
• Minimum 1 year ICU/CCU/ER experience or cath/EP lab exposure preferred.

Job Summary:

Functions under the direction of the Site Manager. He/she is responsible for performing a wide variety of clinical procedures requiring independent judgement, ingenuity and initiative in the utilization of the equipment for the diagnosis and/or treatment

Required Minimum Education:

Graduate of an accredited/approved School of Nursing Required

Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):

• Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN - Multi-state Compact
• Basic Life Support or BLS - Instructor
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support or ACLS - Instructor or ACLS - Provisional

Required Minimum Experience:

1 year ICU/CCU/ER or previous Cath Lab/EP Lab experience Preferred
