Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing completed and active RN licensure.
• 2–5 years of nursing experience, with 5–10 years preferred.
• Less than 2 years of supervisory experience; supervisory leadership is a plus.
• BLS/ACLS certification required or obtainable within 90 days.
• Experience in Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology labs, or procedural/critical care nursing preferred.

Job description

Role: The position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) Assistant Manager in the Cardiac Cath Lab, responsible for overseeing patient care, staff management, and departmental operations.

• Responsibilities: Manage staffing, training, performance evaluations, and professional development; develop and monitor budgets; coordinate patient care aligned with medical plans; ensure compliance with policies; lead staff communications and scheduling; and maintain equipment and safety standards.
• Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, RN licensure, 2-5 years of nursing experience, with preferred 5-10 years, and less than 2 years of supervisory experience. BLS/ACLS certification required or obtainable within 90 days. Experience in Cardiac Cath or Electrophysiology labs, or procedural/critical care nursing, is preferred.
• Key Duties: Lead a team in delivering high-quality cardiovascular procedures, administer conscious sedation, assess patient responses, advocate for patient needs, and support department operational goals.
