Job summary

Proforma Health Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in the Cardiac Cath Lab to provide professional bedside nursing care within an assigned unit.

Qualifications

• acting as a supervisor by assessing, planning, delegating, and utilizing independent judgment to direct healthcare staff;
• participating in hourly rounding and ensuring safety compliance;
• potentially serving as shift supervisor when needed;

Qualifications and skills include

• an accredited nursing degree, current RN license in Arizona, CPR, and ACLS certifications;
• effective interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer skills;
• preferred BSN and some experience in acute care or specialty certifications.

Additional requirements involve maintaining certifications such as PALS, NRP, and specialty-specific training, with a focus on patient-centered care and safety practices.
