Qualifications

• BSN and RCIS certification preferred.

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiac Cath Lab role, responsible for providing specialized cardiovascular patient care.

• Performing multiple roles within the Cath Lab: scrub, monitor, and circulator, under the supervision of the Cath Lab Director and Medical Director.
• Conducting patient assessments, establishing care priorities, and operating hemodynamic monitoring devices with accuracy.
• Administering medications safely, evaluating their effectiveness, and reassessing patient progress to guide interventions.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans, documenting interventions, and evaluating outcomes.
• Participating in patient and family education, discharge planning, and ensuring strict aseptic techniques.
• Assisting with cardiovascular diagnostic and interventional procedures, utilizing effective communication, and delegating tasks appropriately.
• Coordinating team activities, participating in staff orientation, and serving as a resource to visitors, physicians, and staff.
• Promoting a positive work environment and collaborating to improve organizational performance.

Qualifications Include
