Job description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiac Cath Lab to provide specialized nursing care within an assigned unit.

• Responsibilities include: delivering individualized, age-specific bedside care based on the nursing process and patient needs, coordinating care with other disciplines, assessing, planning, delegating, and supervising healthcare team members.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of nursing practices to meet patient goals.
• Participating in hourly rounding, observing safety protocols, and potentially serving as shift supervisor.

Key skills: strong interpersonal abilities, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, excellent customer service, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications: minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience, nursing degree from an accredited school, licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state, CPR, and ACLS certifications if applicable. Preference for 5 years of Cath Lab and IR experience, with a BSN degree being advantageous.
