Job summary

UPMC Home Health in the Pittsburgh area is looking for dedicated Full-Time Registered Nurses to deliver care in patients’ homes, building trust and ensuring a sustainable nursing pace. You’ll work with a full interdisciplinary team to support patient goals.

Responsibilities include creating care plans with physicians, educating patients and families, and completing electronic documentation on a supplied laptop. Flexible scheduling and strong benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Active RN license (Pennsylvania or compact state eligibility).
• CPR certification (AHA) within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and required clearances.
• Final title and compensation are based on experience, education, and career ladder placement.

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout assigned Pittsburgh-area communities.
• Develop and manage plans of care in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary partners.
• Provide patient and family education that promotes independence and recovery.

• Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered outcomes while maintaining regulatory standards.
