UPMC Home Health is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to support Carrick, Mount Oliver, Beachwood and surrounding Pittsburgh-area communities. Deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes with a focus on individualized plans of care and education.

• Develop and manage plans of care in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary partners

• Complete required documentation (OASIS, visit notes, orders) electronically using a provided laptop
• Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered outcomes while maintaining regulatory standards
