UPMC Home Health in the Pittsburgh area seeks a full-time Registered Nurse to deliver skilled at-home care across West Mifflin, Homestead, Duquesne and nearby communities. You will develop care plans with physicians, educate patients and families, and document care electronically, all while benefiting from a supportive interdisciplinary team.

This role offers autonomy, flexible 8- or 10-hour shifts, weekend programs with premium pay, sign-on bonuses, mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Active RN license (PA or compact state eligibility).
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and required clearances.
• CPR per AHA standards in 30 days of hire.
• Automotive Insurance references and licensure considerations.
• Act 33, Act 34, and OAPSA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes within assigned communities.
• Develop and manage plans of care with physicians and interdisciplinary partners.
• Provide patient and family education to promote independence and recovery.
• Complete required documentation (OASIS, visit notes, orders) electronically using a provided laptop.
