Qualifications

• Graduation from a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, an Associate Degree in Nursing, or a Nursing Diploma program.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process: Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to create personalized care plans.
• Monitor and communicate changes in patient conditions to physicians, supervisors, and colleagues.
• Play a key role in the discharge planning process to support safe, successful transitions.
