Job summary

The Hospitals of Providence – Memorial Campus in El Paso, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct clinical care and oversee patient care plans on a day shift. You’ll collaborate with a skilled team to deliver safe, high-quality nursing services and participate in unit-level quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Texas.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable by corporate policy.
• 1 year RN experience for PRN status; recent acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality direct clinical nursing care to assigned patients.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care per nursing process.
• Supervise staff where needed and support CNO in ensuring safe, high-quality care.
• Administer medications safely and per hospital policy.
• Coordinate patient care within prescribed medical regimens.
• Be familiar with hospital emergency codes and participate in readiness activities.

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing
