Role Purpose

Responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of education and practice programs for clinical staff that promote a superior patient experience. Coordinates and manages educational programs and resources supporting clinical educators and leaders at the unit/department level.

Responsibilities
  • Manages key house-wide or multidepartmental educational programs.
  • Develops, implements, and evaluates continuing education programs, orientations, and ongoing professional development for clinical staff.
  • Collaborates with administration, patient care services, leadership, and other stakeholders to develop education plans and ensure compliance with patient care and regulatory standards.
  • Analyzes educational needs and evaluates the effectiveness of activities.
  • Designs cost-effective educational programs based on sound principles tailored to adult learners.
