Overview

Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose

Assist leads and managers of performance improvement projects to achieve measurable business process improvements using performance improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Responsibilities

Manage and support system-wide improvement teams, functions, and departments related to transformation and performance improvement initiatives.

Lead and manage hospital and system-wide evidence-based education and practice programs supporting key objectives.

Use available data to promote professional clinical practice and positive patient outcomes.

Contribute to knowledge and skill building in education, practice, and process improvement.

Provide consultation and support to the Practice Consultant Specialist.

Minimum Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Master's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare-related field

Experience

• 5-10 years of experience

Supervisor Experience

• No supervisory experience required

Licenses & Certifications

• Basic Cardiovascular Life Support (BCLS)
• RN license

Preferred Requirements

• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt
• Lean/Six Sigma Yellow Belt
