Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Acute Care to provide direct patient care on a 38-bed unit focused on acute medicine in a Magnet-designated hospital.

Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care; promoting patient- and family-centered care; documenting care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate’s degree in nursing; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current RN license; no prior experience required, but less than 2 years of experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and professionalism.
